CSI Investigator Barry Allen becomes the Flash after he is struck by lightning and falls into a coma after a particle accelerator causes a freak storm. When he awakens he finds he has been granted the power of super speed. But he was not the only human that received powers in the stormand some are not going to use their powers for good. Barry becomes a protector of the innocent and partners with S.T.A.R. Labs.
