What catch-up TV services work?

I have had an android device before and found that a lot of the UK catchup services dont work. Whats the story with Gogglebox?

Its true that many android boxes have problems running catch-up and that is because the app can tell that you are sending the signal to a TV set and blocks it. We have gotten around that with Gogglebox TV which currently runs iPlayer, ITV Player and 4oD out of the box.

I have a goggleboxtv and can confirm that most UK catchup services work. The one i cannot get working is channel 5 for some reason. But the channels that work are good
