Licensing for Latest Movies and TV shows

I just started an online Tv, and i am interested in showcasing latest movies and Tv shows. Can someone, please tell me how i could acquire a legal license to showcase these on my web and mobile app? Any advise would be highly appreciated. Thanks

You cannot license TV content unless your seriously loaded with cash. But what you can do is link to freely available TV streams and embed videos from Youtube, Google video etc. as well as other catch-up TV networks content. There are also many public domain movies (http://www.worldtvpc.com/watchmovies) and films with expired copyright that can be used on your website.
