Best chaneel for Education cum Entertainment. This is the favourite family channel. I could think of no better place to relax, enjoy and get to know new amazing things
Like on of my friend said: It's everything about everything. And that's so ture. It's like the best channel to kill time and not to die of boredom. Plus is very educational. Just great.
I guess, the rest of America will perhaps argue that the Discovery Channel is better than it's ever been. No more monotone, repetitious documentaries like 15 years ago. Everyone I recognize loves the Discovery channel now. They're still educating people, but now in a joy and amusing way. Go read a history or research publications if you want boring and monotonous.
i have been watching this channel since i was a kid..i have learnt a lot about science,nature,history,etc from this channel.i always make sure that i have discovery on my TV.
The best place for entertainment and education, I would rather say infotainment. No one can hide the fact that every show on Discovery are the most watched worldwide. On the site we can obtain all data regarding program schedule and upcoming events etc.. Man Vs Wild is my favorite.
You just got to love Discovery, i know i do! The site is like a lifesaver for me, cause my TV only shows Discovery in russian (understand only like two words). So i just go to their site and enjoy watching my favourite shows like Mythbusters and Storm Chasers. Just look at the site. It's awesome. No doubt, 5stars.
