Excellent rifle. Accurate, easy breakdown, smooth operation and reliable in all kinds of weather. It does not have a chrome barrel but, that does not seem to be a problem for this rife. It is a bit heavier than the AK but, it was intended to be a heavy use infantry weapon. For open areas, I would take this over any AK variant. Don't forget to get a 75 round drum for this. It can handle it without overheating.
