2) We do not EVER limit bandwidth (up or down) for any of our customers; e.g. our customers in western Europe typically report streaming at ~3500 kbps
3) Yes, we now offer hosting for DIRECTV and DISH Network customers and provide ALL of the available satellite feeds, so ANY programming is available, including ON Demand, PPV, and Sirius/XM radio.
4) YES, this is legal! Believe me, we blew a ton of money on lawyers to make sure of this. We have been in business since January, 2008.
