Will tablets replace the trusty PC?

Survey Claims Tablet TV Viewing Set To Rise To 3 Hours Per Month, I wonder if the Tablet will replace the PC?

nahh the trusty PC is still here, until they find a cost effective way to upgrade the hardware, the PC will stay.

Thats true, until they invent a USB device thats is the hardware for the tablets/smart phone.

I agree.

Also, I for one use the iPad a lot, and the PC to store backups of the iPad... that way if I need to restore the iPad software, I can restore all my apps also.

I know I could use iCloud to do this, but I prefer being in control of my own backups, and knowing where the data is!

What I think might happen, is a greater level of integration between PC's and mobile devices...
