How do i setup my own streaming tv channel?

Does anyone know how to set up an internet TV streaming channel?

I do not want live but programming i can broadcast. I would prefer that this would be an already made service that could help me but if anyone can provide a tutorial on how to do this task it would be appreciated.

I am also looking to setup my videos/content in a certain order or lineup.

The best way would be to use Adobe Flash. You could create a player for your website and then just stream it video files. Alternatively setup a Youtube channel and upload all your different shows which would play in a loop.
