Chuffed with this success, YouTube have decided to do it again, this time with an Alicia Keys concert being live streamed to an eager Youtube audience.
The concert will be played at the Nokia Theatre in New York City on December 1st at 8pm Eastern Time and is being held to promote World AIDS Day. Viewers of the concert will hopefully donate to the charity and Alicia’s chosen charity too. You will be view the concert on the Alicia Keys YouTube channel. That is of course if the servers dont melt.
The previous U2 concert managed to run without hitches, which was pretty amazing considering it was the biggest live streaming event YouTube has ever streamed. And the whole thing appeared to run so smoothly as well. The two and a half hour concert went by without any major interruptions.
