The German viewers of the family channel “Super RTL” can now catch up on any TV show and some films they might have missed for free on the internet.

Super RTL – The video on demand portal will now supplement the catch up services of existing broadcasters RTL and VOX, named “RTL Now” and “VOX Now”.

The service is Available at their website superrtlnow.de. The service which will show mainly original content/production and will be accessible for 24 hours each day and be available for up to seven days after their initial TV broadcast.

As with “RTL Now” and “VOX Now”, the programmes will remain available online after the initial seven day period, but after that they will not be free, with prices for the archived shows starting at €0.99 per episode.

During this initial introductory period, access to most shows are available for free for 30 days.

Super RTL’s catch up service doesn’t only want to give viewers the possibility to watch programmes they missed or they want to see again, but also aims to attract new viewer groups which have yet to see the commercial channel’s shows on television.
