If you grew up in an age where super-hero cartooons were all the rage then get ready for a treat. Superheros and villains are coming to the Netflix Watch Instantly streaming service.

Although Netflix already stream some Marvel cartoons, there will be tons more coming from today and over the next few months. Available already or coming soon are The Incredible Hulk, Spider-Man, Iron Man: Extremis, Astonishing X-Men, Spider-Woman, Fantastic Four, Silver Surfer, The Avengers, Thor, Captain America and Sub-Mariner.

Netflix have not yet said what other Marvel shows may be coming to Watch Instantly and when. But i would expect the whole shebang will be arriving.

The deal comes after many high profile content buys, like the CBS content deal in February. Although a few cartoons dating back to the 60′s would normally not raise too much excitement.

The fact is that pretty much the entire catalog of animated Marvel shows are coming to Instant watch. Anyone who watched Spider-Man will know where im coming from. And watching them again will make for a great summer for us super-hero fans.
