Do you remember that funny shaped animal that became extinct? The Dodo? No me neither but you get the idea when i say that cable tv is heading in the same direction as that poor beast.
Because of technology and the simple fact that you can watch pretty much anything using internet tv. You can watch movies and TV shows free so why pay a massive monthly bill?
You can view and even download content from the internet for later viewing so why force yourself to be around at 6.00pm on a Thursday night to watch the show?
And have you ever considered how many of the hundred channels available you actually watch? I did and found out that i watch a maximum of about 10 channels!
The simple fact is that whatever you want to watch online can be found easily online, all the major networks have jumped on the online tv bandwagon and have their own sites with direct links to complete series of hit tv shows ( Check out our Instant TV links guide here)
You can also of course buy or rent entire series from Netflix, iTunes or Amazon. If you sit down and work out why you pay that high monthly fee and look to ways of avoiding it and still watching your content then its a no brainer. Ditch cable today!
