BBC iPlayer showing BBC1 and BBC2 live
The BBC’s on demand and free internet TV service iPlayer, will start broadcasting the flagship channels BBC1 and BBC2 live online from November 27th.
Currently several channels including CBeebies, BBC3, BBC4, CBBC and the BBC News channels are already broadcasting live. Currently the main channels have been available from aon average 4 hours after being shown on terrestrial television.
So you are now able to view all popular TV shows such as Dr Who, EastEnders, Heroes amongst the many popular titles online instantly from 27th November 2008. The service is available to UK residents only that have a TV license. The only concern being additional strain on the already creaking broadband traffic consumption for Internet Service Providers.
However great news if your away from home with only a laptop or mobile Wifi device on hand.
